The service
Kapa VPN is an Android app and VPN access service.

Free access
A new account receives a one-time allowance of 1 GiB with no expiry date on one device. It does not renew and is not granted again for the same installation or email.

In Russia, purchases are one-time: no automatic charges or renewals. You pay on the Platega page by SBP or card. Access starts after our server confirms the payment with Platega; returning from the browser alone does not confirm it. Another purchase adds days to your current expiry.
Outside Russia, access is a Google Play subscription for 5 devices. Price, period and auto-renewal are shown in Google Play before purchase. You can cancel in Google Play at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play rules. Deleting your Kapa account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in Google Play separately.
Devices
The device limit is the number of devices signed in to the account. Signing in by email beyond the limit signs out the device with the oldest sign-in. It does not limit simultaneous VPN connections.
Payments, refunds and disputes
Send payment and refund questions to support: support@kapavpn.com. If a payment is disputed (chargeback), account access is suspended until the dispute is reviewed.
Availability
Route availability depends on your network and provider; we do not guarantee that the service works on every network. The service may be interrupted for maintenance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for attacks, spam, malware distribution or other abuse. Access may be restricted in case of abuse.
Personal profiles
Connections through profiles you import are provided by the operator of that server, not by Kapa.
Data and account deletion
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account in the app or on the deletion page.
